“My husband and I recently decided to invest in real estate, knowing great opportunities can be turned into real dollars. We have a little experience in this field, and having read the value of “fixing and flipping,” we researched the market and found that Denver is a great place to invest right now. As we live in Austin, Texas, we needed to put together a Denver Team who understands that particular area to assist us with our new endeavor.

Even during the rehab, Michael and Rodolfo checked on the house regularly, continued to follow up with our competition, and kept us in the loop as to any changes in the market. And when I finally went to see the house four weeks into the process, the Canon’s took great care to ensure I had an excellent day in Denver. Not only did I see our property for the first time—which looked fantastic—but Rodolfo gave me a “tour of homes” in Denver so that I would have a much better feel for the various areas.
The house just went on the market, and my husband and I are excited as we know it should sell quickly. We would recommend the Canon Team to anyone looking to invest, as they really do their homework and research to ensure that we, the client, are nothing less than satisfied.
