Suzy Canon was born in Brazil and received her American citizenship in 1990. She has traveled the world, studied cooking in France, Italy, the USA and Brazil. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, English, and Italian. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Simultaneous Translation and has completed her Executive MBA. Suzy has extensive corporate management experience with companies such as Kimberly Clark, DHL, and EDS. She is customer-oriented, has broad analytical and negotiation skills. She is  a problem solver who is highly productivity. Suzy has responsibility for all back office functions that include contracts, marketing, and event management.

Michael has a 30 year career in executive positions in both multinational companies and smaller domestic US companies. He has managed service companies with over $100 million in sales with almost 1,000 employees. He was the owner and CEO of a small real estate development company in New Hampshire that specialized in rural properties serving New England. In Brazil he was the CEO of DHL’s subsidiary and he had a sales force of over 150 people. During his tenure DHL’s customer service department was named the best in Brazil 3 consecutive years and was awarded the Global Award for best express service 8 years in a row. Michael speaks 3 languages and cross cultural communication is one of his strengths. His professional focus has always been on ensuring the companies he managed understood customer needs and were proficient at achieving what the customer wanted on time and correctly. He offers public seminars on the Denver market’s real estate trends, fix and flip strategies, first-time homebuyers, and the marketing of investment properties.

Rodolfo Canon was born into a family that has characteristics stemming from native Brazilian Indian and old Irish immigrants to big city common sense and southern hospitality. Rodolfo has traveled the world and studied various cultures, languages and people. He has studied overseas, run thirty-man construction crews, led a year-long community service project with participation totaling over two hundred and fifty people and speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish. He studied Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver. He has worked with first-time home buyers, investors who are focused on fix and flip and rehab and rent markets, home sellers in neighborhoods like Washington Park, Driving Park, Cole, Clayton, Park Hill, Heritage Estates, Barnum, and University Hills.
